Scope of works:

Requirements:

· Education : University degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.

· Experiences :

- Min.3-6 years experience in cement plant maintenance and certified

in condition monitoring area (vibration analysis level II, NDT Inspector,

oil analysis, etc

- Expert in Preventive / predictive maintenance (CMRP professional

or similar).

· Computer Literate : MS Office, Lotus Notes, SAP

· Language : Good command of English, both oral & written.

· Other qualifications :

o Good knowledge of cement manufacturing process.

o Understand what the maintenance management policy and can interpret into section objectives.

o Understand how to maintain and updates the preventive and lubrication maintenance program.

o Know in depth the specification and principle all of critical equipments including its critical parts.

o Knowledge of analyzing oil (physical & chemical composition).

o Understand lubrication system all of machines.

o Know how to do and analyze alignment and balancing matter.

o Having the base knowledge on how to use the measurement tools.

o Ability to manage budget and planning.

o Understand ISO management program.

o Good leadership, communication & interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for leading the development and implementation of internal communications plans and activities across the organization.

Job Descriptions:

- Develops, facilitates and executes, maintains and evaluates communications program plans.

- Responsible for implementing internal communications plans across the organizations. Ensures consistency and compliance with Plan.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, English or related field.

- Minimum 5 years communications experiences.

- Prior experience developing and implementing an effective strategic internal communications program for a large corporation.

- Excellent writing and editing skills.

- Web and print production experiences preferred.

- Telecommunications industry experience preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage projects.
